Description : I have been cheated by this person Winston So a former disciplinarian and faculty member of Philippine Cultural High School.
This person contact and offer for sale to me a memorial lot inside Manila Memorial Park Paranaque.
He explain how this transaction will go and that he will assist me in the whole process. Also i really cannot understand why this memorial lot cost so less compare to other.
He even provide to me a contact number which i check and verify.
After payment is hand to him , he promise that the tile and ownership will be transfer to my name and hand to me.
But after waiting for a month , he did not show up anymore and all the contact number he has given has already been disconnected or turn off by him.
Beware of this scammer.
